The 2nd five day Allagash canoe trip is with Living Waters Wilderness Program.

Living Waters is excited to be partnering with East Grand School to provide an unforgettable experience for students in the region that want to explore the natural wonders of the great state of Maine in a deeper way! This trip will take place June 23-28. Much like the previous trip with Canoe the Wild, the older Outdoor Education students from East Grand School will be working alongside seasoned Registered Maine Guides from Living Waters and will learn through experience what is necessary to do to have a successful trip on the Allagash. This trip will be offered to students at EGS who have not yet participated on an Allagash trip and then will be offered to students who attend schools within a 50 mile radius of East Grand School. The goal is that students who take part in this trip will learn the basics of guiding first hand through experience and that they will be exposed to the other various professions offered in the north Maine Woods along the way.
